Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking an Aftercare Case Manager in Kansas for a full-time position. You will support children and families through permanency processes including reintegration, adoption, guardianship, or aging out of care.

The role emphasizes risk management, crisis intervention, and coordination with agencies to provide community resources and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• A willingness to learn—we’ll provide all the training you need.
