TFI Family Services in Chanute, KS is hiring a full-time Aftercare Case Manager to support children and families after permanency outcomes. You’ll focus on risk management, crisis intervention, and coordinating community services to maintain family stability.

You’ll work with public and private agencies, document thoroughly, meet families in person, and help with reunification or aging out processes while receiving training and a benefits package that includes generous leave and tuition

Formación

• A bachelor’s degree in human services.
• A valid driver’s license.

A Day in the Life

As an Aftercare Case Manager, You’ll Support Children And Families Who Have Achieved Permanency Through Reintegration, Adoption, Custodianship/guardianship, Or Aging Out Of Care. You’ll
