Job summary

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete a background screening including criminal and employment verification.

• Duties may be modified by management as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging curricula tailored to youth.
• Lead academic enrichment sessions and organized activities.
• Supervise groups of up to 20 students, ensuring safety.
• Maintain attendance and safety logs.
• Communicate with participants, parents, staff, and volunteers.
• Complete safety and program training before first shift.
