Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio are seeking a Youth Program Staff at the Broadway Club in Cleveland to support after-school programming. This part-time role runs from 2 pm to 6 pm, about 20 hours per week, in a safe, fun environment for local youth.

Responsibilities include planning activities, encouraging participation, and assisting with membership recruitment. Applicants should have at least one year of youth experience, be 18+, and be prepared for a background check and drug screen.

Are you interested in Making a Difference in the Lives of Local Youth? Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio is hiring NOW! We have immediate openings for Youth Development Professionals (YDPs) at our Broadway Club in Cleveland, Ohio (Broadway/E 55th area) . Our YDPs assist with after-school programming at our Clubs

We are looking for individuals with a passion for working with youth, in supervised, fun and safe environments. Our YDPs are responsible for planning and implementing appropriate program activities; tracking, promoting and encouraging program participation; and assisting with membership recruitment.

• Positions are Part-time, Monday-Friday
• Approx schedule is 2 pm - 6 pm - 20 hours per week.
• Starting pay rate is $ 17 per hour.
