Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio is hiring for an After-School Youth Development Professional at the Broadway Club in Cleveland. This part-time role supports after-school programming from 2 pm to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, totaling about 20 hours per week.

Starting pay is $17 per hour. Benefits include paid holidays and PTO time, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. Apply early for holiday pay eligibility.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience working with youth preferred.
• Final candidates must clear a background check and drug test.
• 18 years of age with a High School Diploma.

Are you interested in Making a Difference in the Lives of Local Youth? Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio is hiring NOW! We have immediate openings for Youth Development Professionals (YDPs) at our Broadway Club in Cleveland, Ohio (Broadway/E 55th area). Our YDPs assist with after-school programming at our Clubs

• Positions are Part-time, Monday-Friday
• Approx schedule is 2 pm - 6 pm - 20 hours per week.
• Starting pay rate is $ 17 per hour.
