Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio is urgently hiring Youth Development Professionals (YDPs) for the Broadway Club in Cleveland, Ohio. This part-time role offers a 2:00 PM–6:00 PM schedule (20 hours/week) with starting pay of $17 per hour, and a positive, supportive after-school environment.

YDPs plan and implement activities, promote participation, assist with membership recruitment, and help maintain a supervised, fun, safe setting for local youth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with youth preferred.
• Final candidates must clear a background check and drug test.
• 18 years of age with a High School Diploma
