Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio is hiring Youth Development Professionals at the Broadway Club in Cleveland, OH. These part-time positions run Monday through Friday from 2 pm to 6 pm, totaling about 20 hours weekly.

Starting pay is $17 per hour. The role supports after-school programming, enhances youth development, and provides a positive, safe environment. Paid holidays and PTO, paid training, and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working with youth preferred.
• Final candidates must clear a background check and drug test.
• 18+ years old with a High School Diploma.
• Part-time availability, Mon-Fri 2pm–6pm.

Are you interested in Making a Difference in the Lives of Local Youth? Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio is hiring NOW! We have immediate openings for Youth Development Professionals (YDPs) at our Broadway Club in Cleveland, Ohio (Broadway/E 55th area). Our YDPs assist with after-school programming at our Clubs

• Positions are Part-time, Monday-Friday
• Approx schedule is 2 pm - 6 pm - 20 hours per week.
• Starting pay rate is $ 17 per hour.
