Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Previous experience working with children, preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification and Praesidium Academy training may be required.

• Provide active supervision of participants at all times, ensuring safety and engagement.
• Plan, lead, and participate in developmentally appropriate activities aligned with YMCA values.
• Build positive relationships with participants, families, and staff.
