Job summary

Mentoring Alliance in Tyler, TX is seeking a Christian Youth Worker to support our After School program. You will lead elementary students in enrichment activities and help foster their development in a faith-based environment.

This is a non-exempt, part-time role averaging 17–20 hours weekly, with schedule Monday through Friday after school. Candidates should be at least 17, have a HS diploma or GED, and be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be 17+ years old; High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Have a passion and love for working with elementary children.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Background/Sex offender check mandatory.
• Legally allowed to work in the United States.
