This position is crucial for supporting the academic and emotional development of participants and requires excellent interpersonal skills. Work is typically from 2:00PM to 6:00PM, with various locations in New York City.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working in after-school programs or other education/youth programs.
• Strong work ethic and professional values.
• Commitment to promoting social justice mission.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and engagement of elementary/middle school students.
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Supervise and ensure the safety and welfare of students.
