Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience coordinating youth activities and supervising groups is preferred.
• Strong communication with students, families, schools, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Actively supervise program participants and ensure safety at all times.
• Plan, manage, and implement age-appropriate activities.
• Communicate professionally with participants, families, and school/district staff.
• Collaborate with school personnel and partners to align academic activities.
• Provide positive behavior guidance supporting social-emotional needs.
• Ensure program meets district and YMCA requirements.
