YMCA of Greater Kansas City is seeking a Youth Development Leader for our Y Club before and after school program. You’ll supervise a group of elementary-aged children, lead engaging activities, provide homework help, and ensure a safe, positive space for growth.
This part-time role offers flexible mornings and/or afternoons with pay starting at $15.50/hour, and a free YMCA membership. Join a supportive team with ongoing training to help kids thrive.

Pay: Starting at $15.50/hour (increases based on experience and education)

What you'll do:
All youth development associates are mandated reporters under Kansas and Missouri law and must immediately report suspected child abuse or neglect, as well as any unsafe conditions, accidents, or injuries.
