Kansas City Mom Collective is hiring a Youth Development Leader to oversee the Y Club before and after school program at the YMCA of Greater Kansas City. This role involves planning activities, ensuring child safety, and providing mentorship to elementary-aged children.

Candidates should be 18 or older with a high school diploma (or equivalent) and preferably some college experience. The position offers flexible scheduling and an hourly rate starting at $15.50.
