Job summary

Kids Unlimited of Oregon is seeking individuals to assist with running high quality after school programs across 8 Medford sites. You will support student learning and development through engaging activities and collaborative teamwork.

The role requires experience in elementary to middle school settings, with a strong preference for Spanish fluency. Expect lifting and movement in a classroom setting and potential participation in programs outside instructional hours.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate activities for children.
• Prior experience in an elementary, middle school, or early childhood program.

Responsibilities

• Assist with running after-school or school support activities.
• Develop games, curricula, projects, and activities to engage youth.
• Participate in professional development and program improvement.
• Supervise students and promote social, emotional, intellectual and physical development.
• Provide feedback to teachers or Site Managers and reinforce learning.
• Operate and care for program equipment.
• Attend/participate in special programs outside instructional day.
