Job summary

Think Together is seeking a High Dosage Tutor in Colton, CA. This seasonal, part-time role supports elementary and middle school students in reading and math after school, with groups of up to three students per tutor.

The position runs 2–3.5 hours daily, five days a week, during after-school hours as determined by the school district. Responsibilities include delivering the intervention curriculum, scoring assessments, keeping attendance, and maintaining program standards.

Qualifications

• Proof of high school graduation or GED is required.
• 48 college semester units or 60 college quarter units or passing a Pre-Employment test is required.
• Experience working with young children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides small group and individual interventions for students.
• Engages children by following the Intervention curriculum.
• Reads to students, listens to students read, and assesses progress.
• Maintains attendance records and completes paperwork accurately.
• Keeps site compliant with Think Together policies and procedures.
