Job summary

Think Together in Twentynine Palms, CA is seeking a High Dosage Tutor to support elementary and middle school students in reading and math in small groups of up to 3.

This seasonal, part-time role offers $21.00/hour with a $500 sign-on bonus for hires starting by 10/7, paid in two installments. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 48 college semester units or 60 college quarter units preferred.

Qualifications

• Proof of graduation from high school or GED required.
• 48 college semester units or 60 college quarter units or passing a Pre-Employment test required.
• Experience working with young children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides small group and individual interventions for students while helping students master instructional materials.
• Engages children by following and implementing the Intervention curriculum.
• Keeps daily attendance records and completes paperwork accurately and on time.
• Arrives punctually and maintains communication with site staff and program analysts.
• Upholds Think Together policies and serves as a positive role model for children.
