Job summary

Think Together in Anaheim is seeking a part-time High Dosage Tutor to support elementary and middle school students in reading and math after school. You will deliver targeted instruction in small groups, monitor progress, and align sessions with the district's expectations to boost mastery of grade-level standards.

The position is seasonal and part-time, offering 2–3.5 hours per day, five days a week. The pay rate is $22 per hour, with schedules subject to school district needs and Think

Qualifications

• Proof of graduation from high school or GED required; 48 college semester or 60 college quarter units or passing a Pre-Employment test required.
• Experience working with young children preferred, with ability to inspire and motivate.

Responsibilities

• Provides small group and individual interventions for students while helping students master instructional materials.
• Engages children by implementing the Intervention curriculum and monitoring progress.
• Reads to students, listens to students read, and participates in oral communication with students; scores assessments and tracks progress.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to ethical standards for student information.
• Keeps daily attendance records and completes paperwork accurately and timely.
• Arrives punctually and communicates planned/absences with the Program Analyst.
• Serves as a positive role model and helps maintain Think Together site standards.
