Job summary

Rise School of Denver is seeking a Part-Time After School Teaching Assistant to support the After School Program and work with children with and without developmental delays. You will engage with kids, maintain safety, and collaborate with a team to deliver developmentally appropriate activities.

The position involves diapering and feeding support, adherence to safety standards, and ongoing training opportunities in evidence-based practices. Evening hours align with school-day schedules.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; ECE experience preferred.
• Experience with young children with and without delays is desirable.
• Open to coaching and feedback, supportive teamwork encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Support Rise School philosophy and provide evidence-based supports.
• Interact with children at their level and engage in developed activities.
• Assist with outdoor learning, safety, and daily care needs including diapering and feeding.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow safety guidelines.
