Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking teachers to lead classrooms and mentor team members, delivering the company’s curriculum while creating a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.

You will partner with parents and center staff to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, while building strong relationships with families and community partners across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organization; multi-tasking in busy childcare settings.
• CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy in process; state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum matching each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support best care and education for children.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff to meet enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
