KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead, coach and mentor staff while delivering KinderCare's curriculum to young learners in a safe, nurturing environment. You'll partner with families, support enrollment and engagement, and work with center leadership to achieve program goals, while upholding our mission to provide high-quality care.

Qualifikationen

• Customer service, organization, and multi-tasking abilities.
• CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy; CPR/First Aid cert may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum to suit each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success with enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
