Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring dedicated Teachers to support early childhood education across our centers. You will lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers, implementing our curriculum with attention to each child’s needs while creating a safe, nurturing environment.

You'll partner with families, center staff, and leadership to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, ensuring high-quality care and education for every child and family we serve.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills required.
• Active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children
• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners
