Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead, coach and mentor staff, implement the curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment for children. You will partner with parents and center leadership to support enrollment, accreditation and engagement.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi‑task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Possess active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor teachers; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum to meet each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support child care and education.
• Support center success by driving enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build relationships with families, staff, licensing authorities, and partners.
