Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom.
• Implement curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.

• Build positive relationships with families, staff, and community partners.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education

CDA Credential

State trainer certification

2-3 years Early Childhood Education Experience

Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain

CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain

Physical ability to lift 40 pounds

English literacy for communication with children and parents
