KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to lead and mentor peers, implement our curriculum, and foster a safe, nurturing classroom. You’ll partner with parents to ensure high-quality care and education, supporting enrollment, accreditation, and community engagement. State qualifications and CPR/First Aid may be required.

Excellent customer service, organization, and teamwork are essential, with opportunities to grow in a nationwide network of centers.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and engage with children indoors or outdoors.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom and provide feedback.
• Implement curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support child care and education goals.
• Support center enrollment, accreditation and engagement objectives.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
