KIPP Public Schools Northern California is seeking an After School Program Instructor for a middle school on-site in Northern California. You will support 60-80 students with homework help, enrichment activities, and attendance/tracking in a part-time schedule.

Responsibilities include documenting lesson plans and program outcomes, applying positive behavior strategies, and coordinating with students, families, and staff to ensure health and safety.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or higher; ability to pass required assessments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with youth.
• Experience with diverse backgrounds and community partners.

Responsabilidades

• Implement after school activities in core areas: academics, homework, fitness, arts and enrichment.
• Document schedules, lesson plans, and youth participation outcomes.
• Use positive behavior strategies and monitor attendance daily.
• Assist with registration, customer service, and outreach.
• Maintain health and safety standards for students and staff.
