Job summary

All Things Science in Laguna Niguel is seeking motivated instructors to lead after-school STEM classes. You will guide students through hands-on activities that strengthen problem solving and spark curiosity, using our step-by-step curriculum.

You will travel to local school campuses in Laguna Niguel, work weekday afternoons, and help create a positive learning environment. Paid training is provided, offering a meaningful way to gain teaching experience and make an impact.

Qualifications

• Care about working with kids and creating a positive class.
• Experience with youth programs is a plus, and paid training is offered.
• Punctual, flexible, and comfortable adjusting on the fly.
• Passion for STEM and helping students.

Responsibilities

• Lead science and engineering projects with our step-by-step curriculum.
• Manage a lively classroom and keep things on track.
• Foster curiosity, cooperative work, and critical thinking.
• Work weekday afternoons, generally starting around 1:00 PM.
• Travel to local school campuses in Laguna Niguel.
