Job summary

All Things Science in Rancho Santa Margarita is seeking energetic instructors to teach after-school STEM classes. You will lead hands-on projects, encourage problem solving, and make science approachable and fun.

You will travel to partner school sites, work weekday afternoons starting around 1:00 PM, and join a supportive, mission-driven team that provides paid training and prep support.

Qualifications

• Like working with kids and know how to keep them engaged.
• Background in camps, classrooms, or tutoring is helpful, and we train new instructors.
• Dependable, adaptable, and willing to learn new approaches.
• Interest in science, technology, or education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands on STEM activities with our ready to use curriculum
• Maintain an organized, positive classroom from start to finish
• Promote curiosity, teamwork, and critical thinking
• Work weekday afternoons, usually starting near 1:00 PM
• Travel to partner school sites across the Rancho Santa Margarita area
