Job summary

Black Rocket Productions LLC. in Fresno seeks an after-school technology teacher to lead our world-class project-based curriculum in coding, Minecraft, Roblox, video editing and game design.

The role offers paid training, part-time hours (roughly 2:00–6:00 PM, Mon–Fri with adjustments), and a chance to gain classroom experience guiding 8–14 year-olds. Prior teaching not required, but tech enthusiasm and reliability are essential..$20-$27 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completed 48 college units minimally OR have taken and passed the NCLB Exam or compliant equivalent
• Experience with technology or teaching preferred
• Reliable transportation throughout Fresno Unified School District with ability to transport approximately 30 lbs of equipment
• Must be available after school hours (2:00–6:00 PM), Mon–Fri with earlier start on Tuesdays (1:00–6:00 PM)
• Instructors must be at least 21 years of age with significant experience working with children ages 8–14 or technology
• Experience with children in an educational setting is preferred but not required
• Comfortable with teacher-to-student ratios of 20:1 for elementary schoolers
• Strong technology skills such as 3D modeling, digital arts, coding, game design, animation, robotics, video editing or knowledge of Minecraft/Roblox

Responsibilities

• Lead instructors guide students through project-based learning in coding, Minecraft, ROBLOX, video editing, game design and more
• Teach after-school sessions in 10-week terms

Full school year in 10 week sessions, with options to continueinto additional seasons

Get in-room teaching experience with excited students

No formal experience required, but teaching experience in somecapacity highly preferred
