Job summary

Wisconsin Youth Company in Madison is seeking a site supervisor for after-school programs. You will oversee daily operations, plan lessons for grades 4K-5, manage a staff, purchase materials, and ensure program quality.

This full-time role offers 40 hours per week, with the option to join the summer team. Ideal candidates are 18+, have college courses in Education, strong leadership, and experience with licensing requirements; strong written and verbal communication is essential.

Location

We are currently hiring for various locations in the Madison, Waunakee and Middleton school districts. After School programs take place in the school buildings. Administrative work outside of program hours can take place from home or Wisconsin Youth Company’s co‑working office in Madison.

What You'll Do

Position Summary: The site supervisoris responsible for the daily operations of their assigned after school program. Responsibilities include lesson planning for children in grades 4K-5, managing a staff team, purchasing program materials, managing a monthly budget, and ensuring program quality standards are met.
