Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Has completed college-level courses in Education (early childhood, elementary, or related).
• Should feel confident managing a large group of children.
• Is organized and has leadership abilities.
• Has experience with DCF state licensing.
• Values relationships and has strong written and verbal communication skills.
