Camp Fire First Texas is seeking a dedicated Site Specialist to oversee after school activities and summer programs at an elementary school in Aledo, Texas. You will help implement developmentally appropriate Out of School Time activities, including recreation, homework support, STEM, art, and project work, while communicating with parents and school staff.

The role emphasizes safety, positive youth interactions, and collaboration with the Site Director to maintain high-quality programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children and youth.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsabilités

• Provide a safe, nurturing enrichment program for youth.
• Interact with children and families to encourage independence and cooperation.
• Supervise school-age youth with a maximum ratio of 20 per group.
