AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking a Site Director in Little Elm, TX, to lead an after-school program with a focus on student growth and family engagement. You will manage daily operations, staffing, and safety in a dynamic, energetic environment.

In this role you will supervise staff, ensure curriculum delivery, and uphold licensing standards while fostering positive relationships with families and school partners. This is a part-time position with afternoon hours and no weekend work.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or CDA in education required.
• Flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• At least 3 years of experience in a school-age program or teaching setting preferred.
• Background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations.
• Provide proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the site: schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentation.
• Oversee/facilitate curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations.
• Build a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standards.
• Make child safety the top priority at all times.
• Maintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspections.
• Track and manage site resources, attendance, and food program requirements.
• Supervise and mentor your site team, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring training requirements are met.
• Represent AlphaBEST with professionalism at school and community events.
• Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student success.
