AlphaBEST Education, Inc. in Sterling, MA is seeking an Early Learning Professional to lead our before- and after-school program. You will manage day-to-day operations, schedules, staffing, and documentation while delivering a high-quality student and family experience.

You will supervise and mentor the site team, ensure curriculum implementation, and maintain licensing compliance. CPR/First Aid certification and 3 years in a school-age setting are preferred; High School diploma required.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain).
• At least 3 years of experience in a school-age program or teaching setting.
