Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; CPR/First Aid preferred or can obtain.
• Minimum of 3 years in a school-age program or teaching setting.
• Experience leading a team and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations: schedules, ratios, staffing, documentation.
• Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program goals.
• Maintain licensing compliance and readiness for inspections.
• Build a safe, inclusive environment aligned with AlphaBEST standards.
• Supervise and mentor site staff and provide coaching and training.
• Represent AlphaBEST professionally at school/community events.
• Develop strong relationships with families and school staff.
