AlphaBEST Education, Inc. seeks an Early Learning Professional to lead a group of students in after-school programs and help kids learn, grow, and thrive in a structured, high-energy setting.

You will guide activities across world languages, STEAM, fitness, maker, and arts while prioritizing child safety, maintaining a clean space, and fostering inclusive, supportive relationships with children, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Preferably 18+ years old.
• 240+ documented hours of experience working with children is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• Proof of experience as required by OR childcare licensing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts).
• Make child safety the top priority at all times.
• Keep the space clean and organized.
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included.
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff.
