Maintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspections.
Track site resources, attendance, and food program requirements.
Supervise and mentor site team, providing coaching and training as required.
Represent AlphaBEST professionally at school and community events.
Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership.
