Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a School-Age Childcare Site Director for the After School Program at John D. Perkins Elementary School in Marlow, NH.

The role offers part-time, non-exempt status with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour and follows the school calendar. Responsibilities include supervising staff, planning hands-on activities across fitness, STEAM, academics, arts, and homework support, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED/HiSET/TASC).
• 3 college credits in management or supervision or 2+ years supervisory experience or plan to complete 3 credits.
• 1,500 hours experience with children in a licensed childcare program or school.
• Associate's degree or higher with early childhood coursework.
• Additional 3,000 hours of experience with children plus CDA credential.
• Current certification in early childhood, elementary, or special education.
• MACTE credential with 60 college credits plus related coursework.
• 60 college credits with core knowledge in special needs, growth and development, and early childhood curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff and program operations meet state regulations and school requirements.
• Plan and lead engaging activities aligned with the Healthy Kids Curriculum.
• Oversee attendance, registration, scheduling, and staffing levels.
• Maintain communication with parents using the Playground App.
• Collaborate with direct report to maintain high-quality care and staff morale.
