Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Director for our After School Program at John D. Perkins Elementary School in Marlow, NH for the 2026–2027 school year.

The role is part-time, non-exempt and follows the school calendar, with afternoon hours from 2:15 to 5:30 pm. You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with state rules, plan engaging activities across fitness, STEAM, academics, and homework support, and keep families informed through the Playground App.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (GED/HiSET/TASC).
• Have 3 college credits in management or supervision from an accredited college or university.
• Have a minimum of 1,500 hours of experience with children in a licensed program or school.
• Additional education: associate's degree or higher with early childhood coursework.
• 60 college credits including core knowledge areas and related coursework.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff and program operations meet state regulations and policies.
• Plan and lead engaging activities aligned with the Healthy Kids Curriculum (fitness, STEAM, academics, arts, homework support).
• Oversee attendance, registration, scheduling, and staffing levels.
• Maintain clear communication with parents via the Playground App.
• Collaborate with supervisor to maintain high-quality care and positive team morale.
