Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Director for an after-school program at John D. Perkins Elementary School in Marlow, NH. The role is part-time, non-exempt, and follows the school calendar with hours 2:15–5:30 pm.

Compensation is $18.00 per hour, with employer-paid childcare benefits and telehealth, vision and dental coverage. The position emphasizes safety, planning engaging activities, and strong family communication.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent including GED/HiSET/TASC.
• Have 3 college credits in management or supervision or 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Have 1,500 hours of experience with children in licensed programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff and program operations meet state regulations and school requirements.
• Plan and lead engaging activities aligned with the curriculum (fitness, STEAM, arts, homework support).
• Oversee attendance, registration, scheduling, and staffing levels.
• Maintain clear communication with parents using the Playground App.
• Collaborate with your supervisor to maintain high-quality care and morale.
