Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Director for the After School Program at John D. Perkins Elementary School in Marlow, NH for the 2026–2027 school year.

The role requires leadership experience, childcare expertise, and a commitment to safety and curriculum-based activities for ages 5–12. Part-time, non-exempt position with employer-paid childcare benefits and school-aligned scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3 college credits in management or supervision or valid alternative.
• Minimum 1,500 hours of experience with children in a licensed program or school.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff and program operations meet state regulations and school requirements.
• Plan and lead engaging activities aligned with curriculum (fitness, STEAM, academics, arts, homework support).
• Oversee attendance tracking, registration, scheduling, and staff coverage.
• Maintain clear communication with parents and caregivers using the Playground App.
• Report updates to direct supervisor and maintain positive team morale.
