Job summary

AlphaBEST Education – Kemp, TX is seeking a Site Director to lead our after-school program. You’ll supervise daily operations, oversee schedules, staffing, curriculum implementation, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment that meets licensing standards. Hours are 3:15 pm – 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday (no weekends).

Pay starts at $20.50 per hour, based on education and experience. A BA/BS or CDA in education and at least 3 years of school-age experience are preferred; background checks are

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations: schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentation.
• Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations.
• Maintain safe, inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements.
• Prioritize child safety and licensing readiness.
• Track site resources, attendance, and food program requirements.
• Supervise and mentor site team with coaching and training.
