Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc is seeking a dynamic Before and After School Site Director/Early Learning Professional to lead a structured, high-energy program. The role centers on managing daily operations, ensuring safety and licensing compliance, and fostering a high-quality student and family experience.

You will oversee staffing, curriculum implementation, and coaching of the site team, while building strong relationships with families and school staff to support student success.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification required (can obtain post-employment)
• At least 3 years of experience in a school-age program or teaching setting preferred
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and supervision preferred
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with lifting up to 25 pounds
• One of: Colorado teaching license with Elementary/ECE endorsement, Early Childhood Credential Level II+, CDA credential, or 2 years 9 months of relevant experience with required coursework

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations: schedules, ratios, staffing, documentation
• Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations
• Maintain licensing compliance and readiness for inspections
• Build a safe, inclusive environment aligned with licensing and AlphaBEST standards
• Supervise and mentor site team with coaching and training requirements
• Represent AlphaBEST professionally at school and community events
• Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership
