Job summary

Replications, Inc. seeks a Site Coordinator to oversee day-to-day after-school operations at P.S. 016 Wakefield in the Bronx. The role focuses on safety, supervision, and delivering high-quality programming for youth in partnership with NYCPS/DYCD standards.

You will supervise staff, coordinate activities, and maintain compliance records while engaging families and community partners. This position is part-time and hourly, with a 10-month schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with two years of supervisory or leadership experience in an after-school/OST program.
• DOE Fingerprinted
• CPR Certification? (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manage daily program operations and act as site lead for transitions, dismissal, and late pickups.
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being of participants through active supervision.
• Supervise and coach Group Leaders, Activity Specialists, Tutors, and other staff.
• Support implementation of academic enrichment, homework help, SEL, and youth development activities.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, engaging environment aligned with Replications' mission.
• Build relationships with participants, families, school staff, and partners.
• Maintain accurate program records, attendance, incidents, and files.
• Ensure compliance with organization standards and regulations.
• Provide regular updates to the Community School Director.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development.

Position Overview

The Site Coordinator supports the daily operations, compliance, and overall quality of Replications Inc.'s after-school program, ensuring alignment with NYCPS/and DYCD standards. The role oversees staff supervision and training to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality, engaging programming. This position requires a collaborative leader who fosters a safe, inclusive environment that reflects Replications's mission and commitment to positive youth development and reports to the Community School Director.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include the following and may be mortified to support program operations and overall program success:

• Managing daily program operations and serving as the site lead, including student transitions, dismissal, and late pick up.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all participants through active supervision.
• Supervise, coach, and support Group Leaders, Activity Specialists, Tutors, and other program staff.
• Support the implementation of academic enrichment, homework assistance, social-emotional learning, and youth development programming.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment that promotes positive youth development.
• Build positive relationships with participants, families, school staff, and community partners.
• Maintain accurate program records, including attendance, incident reports, participant files, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Replications Inc. and other applicable regulations and program standards.
• Monitor program quality and provide regular operational updates to the Community School Director.
• Participate in required meetings, training, and professional development.

Requirements

• High school diploma with minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or leadership experience in an after-school, youth development, or community-based program
• DOE Fingerprinted
• CPR Certified (preferred)

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and support high-quality youth programming
• Strong understanding of best practices in out-of-school time (OST) programming
• Proven ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong organization, communication, and time management skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
