Job summary

Elevo Learning is seeking an After School Program Facilitator to lead K–8 students in structured activities after school hours in Manteca, CA. You will implement Elevo’s SEL-based curriculum, manage groups, and partner with school staff to ensure a safe, welcoming program environment.

Experience in coaching or youth programs is valuable, and paid training plus growth opportunities are offered as part of a mission-driven team serving the local community.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching, playing sports, working in education, or leading youth in any setting.
• Lead by example as a confident, positive role model students want to follow.
• Bring energy and presence that holds a group of up to 20 students’ attention.

Responsibilities

• Lead K–8 students through structured, engaging activities and sports using Elevo’s curriculum.
• Manage group dynamics and support positive student behavior.
• Partner with school staff and fellow coaches to create a welcoming program environment.
• Show up consistently as a role model who helps students build confidence and social skills
