Job summary

Elevo Learning in California is seeking an energetic Elevo Coach for the North Monterey After School Program. You’ll lead K–8 students through structured activities and sports using Elevo’s curriculum after school hours, 2:00pm–5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

You will help manage group dynamics, model positive behavior, and collaborate with school staff to create a welcoming, safe environment. The role offers paid training and opportunities for growth within our mission to support student

Qualifications

• Experience coaching, leading youth in school or community settings.
• Ability to manage groups and maintain safety.
• Strong communication with students and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead K–8 students through structured activities and sports using Elevo’s curriculum.
• Manage group dynamics and support positive student behavior.
• Partner with school staff and fellow coaches to create a welcoming program environment.
