Job summary

Catapult Learning seeks an After-School Math and Reading Intervention Teacher in Palm Beach County, FL for the 2026-2027 school year. The position is part-time with a schedule of Monday 3:30p-5p; Tuesday 3:30p-4:30p; Wednesday 2:45p-5p, totaling 5.5 hours weekly, at 342 N.

Swinton Ave, Delray Beach. The role requires certification in Pre-K/Primary, Reading K-12, or Elementary Education, and involves small-group Reading/ELA and Math instruction, using company curriculum and data to tailor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Valid FL teaching certificate or SOE in Pre-K/Primary, Reading K-12, or Elementary Education.
• Classroom teaching, internship, or tutoring experience is preferred.
• Willingness to teach Math and Reading/ELA to various grade levels.
• Ability to navigate online platforms for record keeping and communication.
• Belief that all children can learn and a passion to help students.

Responsibilities

• Instruct Reading/ELA and Math to small groups of students in multiple grade levels.
• Deliver instructional models in readiness, reading, mathematics, and writing skills.
• Use curriculum to develop and maintain lesson plans.
• Supervise students and ensure safe transitions between activities.
• Enter attendance, testing, progress reports, and communications data timely.
• Schedule and attend parent meetings/conferences.
• Maintain student files per policies and regulations.
• Maintain communication with supervisors, teachers, and parents.
• Differentiate instruction and use data to meet needs; foster ownership and critical thinking.
• Other duties as assigned.
