Job summary

Catapult Learning, a division of FullBloom, is seeking an After-School Intervention Teacher for the 2026-2027 year in Palm Beach County, FL. This part-time role focuses on Reading/ELA and Math in small groups across K-4, with afternoon sessions and a weekly schedule.

You will use company curriculum, track progress, and communicate with parents and teachers. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and an active FL teaching certificate (Pre-K/Primary, Reading K-12, or Elementary Education).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Valid and current FL Teaching Certificate/Statement of Eligibility in Pre-K/Primary, Reading K-12, or Elementary Education.
• Classroom teaching, internship, and/or tutoring experience.
• Willingness and ability to teach both Math and Reading/ELA to various grade levels.
• Ability to navigate online platforms for record keeping and communication.
• Unwavering belief that all children can learn.

Responsibilities

• Instruct Reading/ELA and Math to small groups of students in multiple grade levels in a face-to-face school setting with a focus on intervention.
• Deliver designated instructional models in readiness, reading, mathematics, and writing skills to eligible students through utilization of company-designed materials and educational strategies.
• Utilize company-provided curriculum to develop and maintain individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Ensure supervision of students at all times, including escorting students safely to and from classrooms/learning stations.
• Perform data entry in a timely fashion to meet deadlines (attendance, testing, progress reports, parent/classroom communication forms, compliance documentation).
• Schedule and attend parent meetings/conferences.
• Establish and maintain student forms and files as required by regulations.
• Maintain consistent communication with supervisors, teachers, principals, and parents.
• Differentiate instruction and track progress; foster ownership, critical thinking, and routines.
• Other duties as assigned.
