Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• Teaching Certificate is a plus!
• Classroom teaching, internship, and/or tutoring experience.
• Ability to teach both Math and Reading/ELA to various grade levels.
• Ability to navigate online platforms for record keeping and communication.
• Unwavering belief that all children can learn.

Responsibilities

• Instruct Reading/ELA and Math to small groups of students in a face-to-face setting with a focus on intervention.
• Deliver instructional models in readiness, reading, mathematics, and writing skills using company materials and strategies.
• Develop and maintain individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Supervise students and ensure safety, including movement between classrooms/learning stations.
• Perform data entry for attendance, testing, progress reports, and communications.
• Schedule and attend parent meetings/conferences.
• Maintain student forms and files per requirements.
• Differentiate instruction and track progress; foster ownership and critical thinking.
