Job summary

Catapult Learning in Palm Beach County, FL is hiring a Math and Reading Intervention Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Schedule: Monday–Friday 8a–3p (30 hours/week). Location: 2892 S Congress Ave, Palm Springs, FL 33461. Grades K–8; pay $30 per hour.

Qualifications include Elementary Education or Reading certification and the ability to teach Math and Reading to multiple grades. Experience with online platforms and data-driven instruction is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Valid FL Teaching Certificate/Statement of Eligibility in Elementary Education or Reading.
• Classroom teaching, internship, and/or tutoring experience.
• Willingness to teach both Math and Reading/ELA to various grade levels.
• Ability to navigate online platforms for record keeping and communication.
• Passion to help students!

Responsibilities

• Instruct Reading/ELA and Math to small groups of students in multiple grade levels in a face-to-face school setting with a focus on intervention.
• Deliver designated instructional models in readiness, reading, mathematics, and writing skills to eligible students using company materials and strategies.
• Develop and maintain individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Supervise students at all times and escort them safely to learning stations.
• Enter data for attendance, testing, progress reports, and communications.
• Schedule and attend parent meetings/conferences.
• Maintain student forms and files per policy.
• Communicate with supervisors, teachers, and parents.
• Differentiate instruction and track progress with data.
