Responsibilities

• Oversee recreational programs for children by ordering supplies, implementing goals, and ensuring safety compliance standards are met.
• Supervise staff performance.
• Develop or follow established curriculum plans, facilitate activities, group games, and reading time based on children's needs.
• Provide a welcoming and safe environment for children and perform daily health checks and safety procedures.
